1. Rider Responsibilities
All riders using the NexaMove platform do so at their own risk. NexaMove is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the delivery process.
2. Local Shop Responsibilities
All local shops partnered with NexaMove must agree to the following conditions:
- If an order is returned by the rider or customer, the shop must accept the returned item.
- Shops are responsible for ensuring product quality and timely preparation for delivery.
- Any disputes regarding returns must be resolved directly between the shop and the customer in accordance with NexaMove guidelines.
3. General Terms
- By using nexamove, riders and shops agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- NexaMove reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of NexaMove services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
